You must be at least 17 years old to use BubbleCraps. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate balances or leaderboards; use bots or automation; harass, threaten, or abuse other players in chat or messages; post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content; attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the service.
You are responsible for content you submit (avatars, chat, messages). By submitting content you grant us a license to host and display it within the app as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or abuse. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual chips or data, arising from your use of the app.
