BubbleCraps ("we", "us", or "the app") is a free, play-money social casino craps game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the app you agree to this policy.
BubbleCraps is a game of simulated gambling for entertainment only. The virtual chips have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, purchased, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes.
Who can use BubbleCraps
The app is intended for adults 17 years of age or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when registering: username, first and last name, email address, date of birth (to confirm you meet the minimum age), and — optionally — a phone number.
- Sign-in identifiers if you use Google or Apple sign-in: a verified email address, name, and the provider's unique account identifier used to link your account. We do not receive your Google/Apple password.
- Gameplay data: your virtual chip balance, rolls played, biggest win, leaderboard ranking, daily-bonus streak, and in-game preferences.
- Optional profile content: an avatar image you choose to upload, and messages you send in live-table chat or friend direct messages.
- Basic technical data necessary to operate the service, such as your authentication session token and standard server request logs.
We do not collect payment card information (the app has no purchases), and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To run the game: save your progress and chips, show leaderboards, deliver daily bonuses, and enable live tables, friends, and chat.
- To confirm you meet the minimum age for simulated-gambling content.
- To respond to your support requests ("Call Attendant") and important service messages.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Limited data is shared only as needed to run the app:
- Other players see your public profile details — username, avatar, leaderboard rank, and any chat/messages you send.
- Service providers that host our servers and database process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal disclosures if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
Data retention & your choices
- Delete your account any time, in-app: open the account panel → "Delete account" → type DELETE → "Permanently delete my account." This permanently removes your account and associated personal data.
- You can update your profile, change your password, or remove your avatar from within the app.
- We retain account data while your account is active; when you delete your account we remove your personal data, except limited records we are required to keep for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, connections use HTTPS/TLS, and access to personal data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
